    After his first album “Naranjas en la Nieve” with Peter Ojesto compositions and alongside a formidable cast of musicians, Israel launched in a series of tours with his own show, participating also in other international events. He has sung in major theaters such as The Art Center La Merced of Cádiz, or the National Auditorium in Madrid with the Philharmonic Orchestra, directed by Pascual Osa performing “La Vida Breve” by Manuel de Falla.

     

    He has shared stages with artists such as José Mercé, Arcángel, Diana Navarro, Raimundo Amador, Israel Suárez “Piranha”, Jorge Pardo, Carles Benavent, Tino de Geraldo, Tomasito, Jesús Méndez, Antonio Rey, David Cerreduela, Rocío Molina, Concha Jareño, Belén López, Pastora Galván, Joaquín Grilo, Pol Vaquero and many others. He has also collaborated with Macy Gray, the remarkable rhythm & blues and soul singer in Barcelona in 2008, and has also sung for the also american and exceptionally transgressive soul singer, Erykah Badhu.

     

    He is part of Flamenco Hoy since its beginings, where he met Chano Domínguez, who included him in his quintet, performing at festivals in Montreal and London as well as in other concerts with the brilliant flamenco jazz pianio player. His most recent collaboration has been as principal singer in the company Opera 2001 again with “La Vida Breve” by Falla in a tour in France and Spain. He is currently preparing a new album which will be available at the end of 2011.
